Barbara Barratt has trained as a classical painter, and has worked as a commercial artist for twenty years in fields including needlepoint design, poster art, children's book illustrations and greeting cards. Owning her own company has allowed her the opportunity to follow her own vision of combining a bright folk art style with the love of inspirational and witty quotes from many different traditions.
